Careers at Aspire

Aspire’s culture is dedicated, open, friendly and compassionate. We pride ourselves on our high level of service, our technical expertise and our freedom that comes with employment at a locally owned business.

Why work at Aspire?

Aspire is a small-but-growing behavioral health organization, and this is an opportunity to build something special for the community in an exciting, tight-knit environment. While building the company from scratch, Aspire's owner and founder, Dr. Jaime Friedman (LBS, Psy.D.), has earned an excellent reputation among clients, partners, and within the community.

Aspire Child & Family Services currently has exciting opportunities for qualified Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) staff that have experience working with clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Behavioral Disorders (BD).

Additionally, we are happy to provide training and supervision to professionals looking for BCBA certification. ABA staff members work closely with our talented Director of Behavioral Services, and we all work for owners who know first-hand what it’s like to need services for a child with ASD. Providing comprehensive ABA resources and services for families isn’t just our passion, it’s personal.

Our Diversity Pledge

Aspire Child & Family Services is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

Employee Benefits

Aspire offers medical, dental & vision insurance, 401k with matched contributions, and paid vacation & sick days to all full-time employees with college tuition discounts, training & advancement opportunities.

College Tuition Discounts

Aspire is proud to partner with Felician University, Purdue Global, Purdue University, and Saint Joseph’s University for a generous 10% tuition discount on approved ABA academic programs.

Expert IBHS Leadership Team

Between our Senior Director, Training Director and two Assistant Clinical Directors, our IBHS leadership team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) has a combined 50+ years of ABA experience. With formal Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) training, we are committed to implementing evidence-based practices throughout the whole organization.
