Fast & Easy Enrollment Process for ABA Therapy

We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid. Our team will walk you through the ins and outs of your specific insurance plan. They will help you understand the out-of-pocket components, such as deductibles, co-pay, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket max. All we need from you is a copy of your insurance card, and we will take care of the rest.

Securing a diagnosis for autism by a licensed medical professional is a critical step in the enrollment process for ABA therapy. Most insurance companies require a recommendation in ABA therapy services to start the process. If you already have a prescription for ABA therapy, you can simply send it to us. But if your child needs to be evaluated, we can provide you with a diagnostic assessment, making the enrollment process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Our team will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your child to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your child’s unique needs. We will meet with you to understand your goals and use it to build the most effective treatment plan for your child.

Once the treatment plan is approved by you and your insurance provider, we will schedule a start date for services. Our care team consists of highly trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will provide daily therapy to your child.
