Dr. Jaime Friedman
Founder
Dr. Friedman earned her Psy.D. in School Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Since then, she has practiced as a licensed psychologist, specializing in bio-psycho-social assessments to determine the medical necessity of Behavioral Health Services. This includes collaborating with behavior analysts, mobile therapists, and therapeutic support staff.
Over the years, Dr. Friedman has worked as a certified school psychologist, offering psycho-educational testing and psychological services to various educational institutions, including districts, charter schools, and cyber schools. She firmly believes in the importance of individualized assessments and exploring diverse cognitive processes to understand learning styles. Dr. Friedman actively participates in school-based committees, contributing to efforts aimed at improving student learning and social/emotional well-being, and provides consultation services to both staff and parents.
In 2016, Dr. Friedman founded Aspire, initially operating as a solo practitioner conducting psycho-educational assessments and counseling. The practice has since grown, now providing Clinical Assessments and Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) for children with behavioral health diagnoses. Further expanding in 2018, Dr. Friedman extended her practice to offer psychological evaluations, professional staff, and clinical support to public, private, and charter schools. Services cover a wide range, including general and special education teachers, school psychologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, and one-to-one staff.
