Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, we’re here to make it simple. Just fill out a short form, and our team will reach out within 24 hours. You’ll get guidance, answers, and a clear path forward for your child.
Let’s Chat
We’ll begin with a friendly conversation. Our team will listen to your goals, answer your questions about ABA therapy, and explain the entire process. Think of this as a no-pressure call to get to know each other. We’ll listen, answer your questions, and guide you through what comes next.
Step 2: Diagnosis for ABA Therapy
A formal autism diagnosis from a licensed medical professional is usually the first requirement to begin ABA therapy. Without it, most insurance providers will not authorize coverage.
- If your child already has a diagnosis: Simply send us the documentation, and we can move directly into the next steps of the process.
- If your child does not have a diagnosis yet: Don't worry we'll help arrange a diagnostic assessment with trusted professionals. Our team will guide you through scheduling, paperwork, and what to expect so that you feel supported every step of the way.
We know this stage can feel overwhelming, but you won't go through it alone.
Step 3: Insurance Verification
Navigating insurance can be confusing, but that's where we step in. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid, and our experienced team will walk you through the details so there are no surprises.
- Verification: We'll confirm your plan's coverage for ABA therapy.
- Clarity: We'll explain key terms like deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket maximums in plain language.
- Support: All we need from you is a copy of your insurance card, and we'll handle the rest, from communication with your provider to preparing the necessary forms.
Our goal is to make the insurance process as stress-free and transparent as possible so you can focus on your child.
Step 4: Comprehensive Evaluation
Once diagnosis and insurance are in place, we'll schedule a full evaluation to build the best plan for your child. This is where we take the time to truly understand your child's unique needs, strengths, and challenges.
- Thorough Assessment: Our clinical team will meet with your child, observe behavior, and gather insights from you as the parent.
- Collaborative Goal-Setting: We'll work together to define meaningful goals that matter most to your family, whether it's communication, social skills, or daily living tasks.
- Personalized Treatment Plan: Using this information, we'll create a customized therapy plan designed specifically for your child's growth and success.
This evaluation sets the foundation for a therapy program that is both effective and deeply personal.
