Our Story & Founding Purpose
Aspire was founded by Dr. Jaime Friedman, a certified school psychologist and Pennsylvania licensed Psychologist and Behavior Specialist. After navigating the complexities of securing services for her children, Dr. Friedman envisioned a place where individuals could access expert care and compassionate support all in one comprehensive setting. That vision became Aspire Child & Family Services; grounded in personal experience, professional expertise, and an unwavering belief in every individual's potential.
